Margo Crump is a paralegal in our Real Estate group. Margo joined the firm in 1995 and focuses on all aspects of office leasing associated with the disposition and acquisition of office buildings. Margo brings 17 years of experience to the firm, including a strong understanding of land acquisition through development and construction to leasing, as well as land purchases leasebacks. Margo works with large corporations on a broad range of real estate projects in various parts of the country. Her experience also includes drafting of office lease amendments, assignments and subleases, work on estoppel projects for sales, acquisitions and refinancing, and preparation of lease abstracts for sales, acquisitions and refinancing.
