Overview

Myra Cohen is a paralegal in our Real Estate group who assists attorneys and clients with the acquisitions and dispositions of large national portfolios as well as single properties. Myra works with small, large, national and regional clients of the firm. Her experience includes assisting with the review of purchase and sale agreements, document preparation, negotiating title insurance policies, reviewing settlement statements and working with all parties to achieve a successful closing. Additionally, she assists with due diligence review including title and survey review, lease abstracts, zoning reports and authority documentation. She also works on financing transactions and development projects as well as affordable housing projects. Myra works with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Land Court to clarify and solve procedural or title issues.
