Sara Saylor has extensive experience negotiating and drafting joint venture agreements, purchase agreements, leases, loan agreements and ancillary documents in connection with complex real estate transactions.  As a Real Estate Associate, Sara has developed a diverse practice assisting clients in the coordination of sophisticated real estate transactions.

Representative Experience

• Represent clients in connection with joint venture agreements, purchase agreements, loan agreements and ancillary documents in the development, sale or financing of office buildings, multi-family unit complexes, hotels and casinos around the U.S., Bahamas and Dominican Republic.
• Represent clients in connection with restructurings, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure transactions, UCC foreclosures, and disposing of REO property in connection with commercial real estate loans (syndicated, securitized and portfolio loans).
• Represent clients in connection with commercial leasing matters.
• Represent clients in connection with the negotiation of real estate issues arising under mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy transactions and project financings.
