Overview

Sarah Lemke is an Associate in the Real Estate group.  She concentrates her practice on general real estate matters, with a particular focus on land use and the permitting of mixed use, commercial, and residential development projects. Prior to joining the firm, Sarah served as an intern in the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office.  She also worked as a judicial intern to District Judge Patti Saris of the United States District Court.  Most recently, she interned with the Director’s Office of the Boston Redevelopment Authority.  Sarah is fluent in French.

Representative Experience

  • Assisting national and local real estate developers and institutions in their acquisition and permitting of mixed-use development projects across Massachusetts and in the City of Boston. 
  • Assisting clients in implementing smart growth development strategies, including under Massachusetts Chapter 40R. 
  • Advising clients on creation of condominium regimes. 
  • Representation of Gillette Stadium/New England Patriots ownership in permitting and land use issues.
