- Represent Magic Brands and Fuddruckers, an owner, operator and franchisor of over 200 fast casual restaurants in the United States and Canada, in their Chapter 11 reorganization pending in the District of Delaware.
- Counsel to the official committee of unsecured creditors in the chapter 11 case of Diomed, Inc.
- Special counsel to Hoop Retail (prior owner of the Disney Stores) in connection with chapter 11 case.
- Counsel to GMAC Bank, a secured lender to the debtor in The Education Resources Institute chapter 11 case.
- Counsel to landlords in the chapter 11 cases of several national retail chains.
- Counsel to a lender in the successful sale of its distressed debt to a real estate developer.
