As a result of this dedication, members of our firm have taken an active role on the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Value Challenge Law Firm Advisory Committee.
Goulston & Storrs Co-Managing Director, Marty Fantozzi serves on the committee, which has set out to foster unprecedented communication and sharing between law firms for providing client service and value to clients. Beth Marie Cuzzone, the firm’s Director of Business Development is a supporting member of the committee. In addition to acting as a resource for the ACC Value Challenge Steering Committee, the group is developing a variety of client-focused tools for law firms to use in developing customized programs for providing the best value possible to clients.

Governor's Pledge
Goulston & Storrs is committed to being “Green.” As part of our efforts to reduce our carbon footprint, we have signed on to Governor Deval Patrick’s Clean Energy Challenge. The Governor’s Clean Energy Challenge is a groundbreaking opportunity for businesses and organizations in Massachusetts to take the lead by accepting the goal of reducing their greenhouse gas emissions by at least 10% over the next three years.
Goulston & Storrs was one of only two Massachusetts law firms to participate in this effort as an early adopter, and has committed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions associated with the firm’s operations. These efforts may include energy efficiency measures and the use of innovative energy technology products or renewable energy, based on a currently ongoing audit of our operations. The result will be positive for everyone: lower energy costs and reduced emissions associated with global climate change.
Massachusetts Bar Association Eco Challenge
Goulston & Storrs has made a commitment that sustainability is an important part of our business philosophy. Taking an active role in decreasing our carbon footprint is part of that effort, and so we have joined law firms throughout Massachusetts in taking the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Eco Challenge to formalize “green” practices firm-wide.
Goulston & Storrs’ green initiatives involve all departments and are open to all of the firm’s staff, paralegals and lawyers. We support the objectives of the Eco Challenge and believe that lawyers must act as leaders in addressing climate change by implementing environmentally sustainable practices and encouraging others to do the same.
Our efforts in support of our pledge are in the areas of energy conservation, paper use reduction, recycling, greenhouse gas reduction, environmentally conscious purchasing, sustainable practices and education. We want to help lead the way for greener law firms throughout the state.

In order to provide legal services to our clients around the globe, Goulston & Storrs is a member of Meritas. Meritas is a global alliance of independent, high-tier law firms with thousands of lawyers in 170 firms in 60 countries. Membership to Meritas is through invitation only following a thorough process to carefully evaluate firms and their service. The invitation to join Meritas confirms the high quality legal work and client service Goulston & Storrs provides.
