Goulston & Storrs today announced that Bruce P. Meyerson has joined the firm’s New York office as a Director in the real estate finance group. Bruce was most recently a partner at Thelen LLP where he served as a partner in the New York office’s real estate finance practice. Bruce is the most recent partner to join G&S from an AmLaw 100 firm.

Bruce focuses his practice on all aspects of real estate finance, including structured finance, syndication, mezzanine loans, private equity, securitized lending, workouts, commercial real estate, development and acquisitions.

Bruce holds a JD, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, and a BS, magna cum laude, from The Wharton School of Business and Finance – The University of Pennsylvania, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. Bruce is a member of the New York State and New York City Bar Associations.
