NEW YORK and BOSTON, May 13, 2009 --- Goulston & Storrs today announced that David J. Rabinowitz has joined the firm’s New York office as a Director in the real estate group. David was most recently at Sutherland where he was a partner in the New York office, served as co-chair of the Retail Practice and led Sutherland’s Northeast Real Estate Team. David is the most recent partner to join G&S from an AmLaw 100 firm.

David has extensive experience in the area of retail law, including the sale, acquisition, disposition, leasing and development of condominium developments, retail and mixed-use properties. His retail clients include some of the nation’s largest “big box” retailers and shopping center developers.
