Goulston & Storrs is pleased to announce it has elected two associates to join the Firm’s partnership in their Boston office effective April 1, 2012. David L. Coombs is a Director in the firm’s Corporate Group and Andrew D. Rothstein is a Director in the firm's Private Client & Trust Group.
David L. Coombs practices in the areas of business and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, venture capital and private equity. He is an active member of the firm’s interdisciplinary Real Estate Funds Group, representing funds and investors relating to fund formation, capital raising and operation. Prior to attending law school, David worked for several years in the software industry as a consultant, project manager and product development manager.
Andrew D. Rothstein counsels clients on the design, implementation, and use of tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies. His clients include entrepreneurs, private equity investors, holders of investment portfolios, and real estate owners. Andy also advises professional and family executors and trustees in the administration of estates and trusts with particular attention to related tax matters.
