To support this growth, the firm proudly appoints two leading attorneys to act as the Administrator Directors. Max Friedman assumes the role in New York and Allison Prince undertakes the position in Washington DC.
Max Friedman’s thriving practice focuses in complex real estate transactions, including development arrangements, public/private partnerships, construction and permanent financings, acquisitions and dispositions of real property and leasing.
Allison Prince’s strong practice focuses on zoning and land development law with a particular emphasis on representing educational and nonprofit organizations. Allison represents several colleges, universities, schools, retirement communities, developers and foreign governments.
