- Representation of Samuels & Associates in connection with the development, financing and sale of 10 story office condominium unit in Boston to Fenway Community Health Center.
- Counsel to The Green Company in connection with the acquisition, development and financing of 500 town home condominium units at The Pinehills in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
- Represented Pyramid Advisors and National Development Associates of New England in connection with the equity restructuring and refinancing of the Marriott Residence Inns at Tudor Wharf, Boston (Charlestown), and Woburn Massachusetts.
- Represented Pyramid Advisors, in a joint venture with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund, in the portfolio acquisition of 8 hotels from Thayer Lodging Group, 5 hotels from CNL Hospitality Corporation and 7 hotels from HRO.
- Represented national retail tenant in the pre-bankruptcy disposition of over 200 stores.
- Represented Partners HealthCare System in ground lease transaction of medical office building at 100 Endicott Street, Danvers, Massachusetts.
- Permitting and financing of 184 unit mixed used condominium development in the South End of Boston.
- Represented the Boston Redevelopment Authority in connection with the development and eminent domain acquisitions for $700 million Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.
