Benjamin Kayden is an Associate in the firm’s Real Estate Group, where he represents developers and investors in all phases of commercial real estate including acquisition, development, financing, dispositions and joint ventures.

Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Benjamin was an Associate in the real estate group of an Am Law 200 law firm. Benjamin has also worked as an associate in the Complex Dispute Resolution practice of a prominent Washington, D.C. law firm where he gained extensive experience representing clients in all aspects of civil litigation and settlement administration, which included drafting regulations, policy statements and settlement agreements, managing the claims settlement process, and participation in other aspects of litigation.

Prior to his law school graduation, Benjamin was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Kevin R. Huennekens, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
