Brian Dugdale is an Associate in our Real Estate group. Brian concentrates his practice on general commercial real estate matters, including development, financing, and acquisition and disposition. He helps clients to analyze and create land use and permitting strategies in connection with development and acquisitions.

Representative Experience

• Representation of for-profit and non-profit real estate developers in connection with the acquisition and financing of affordable housing developments in Massachusetts.
• Representation of lender in connection with refinancing of medical office park in North Carolina.
• Representation of borrower in connection with construction loan to redevelop car dealership in Florida.
