Overview

Caroline is an associate in our Corporate group. She focuses her practice on a wide variety of corporate matters including private equity acquisitions, drafting and negotiating license agreements, commercial finance and other matters of general corporate law. 

Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Caroline worked in-house as corporate counsel for a private equity firm and worked as a intern in the legal department of a major international travel management company. 

Caroline is fluent in spoken Swedish. 

Representative Experience

• Representation of clients in sophisticated mergers and acquisitions.
• Representation of commercial lenders and borrowers in secured and syndicated lending transactions.
• Advise both for-profit and non-profit clients on licensing, intellectual property and general corporate governance matters.
