Cheryl Flaman is a paralegal in our Real Estate group. Working with attorneys assisting business clients of all sizes, Cheryl specializes in the analysis and drafting of commercial office leases and related documents. A licensed real estate broker, Cheryl has been in the real estate development business since 1970 in the areas of construction, property management, leasing, brokerage, and insurance. Prior to joining the firm in 2003, Cheryl was a former Vice President of Spaulding & Slye Company and former Vice President of Leasing and Legal Administration for Spaulding Investment Company, Inc.
