Overview

Elaine D’Ortona is a paralegal in our Real Estate group. Elaine assists attorneys with all aspects of retail and office leasing, representing landlords nationally and in Puerto Rico. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating leases for small store tenants, conducting due diligence, lease review and preparation of summaries for buyers, analyzing rights and conditions of leases, and estoppel projects for sales, acquisitions and refinancing.

Prior to joining the firm 15 years ago, Elaine was a paralegal to in-house general counsel at HP Hood and served as the Director of Legal and Leasing for The YCK Group, an entrepreneur franchisor of Command Performance Hair Styling Salons, Docktor Pet Centers and iNatural Cosmetics.
