Overview

Eleanor Coleman is a paralegal in our Corporate group. Eleanor works closely with the firm’s attorneys assisting corporate and real estate development clients, as well as lending institutions. Eleanor’s experience includes extensive business entity formations, assisting attorneys in financing transactions representing both lenders and borrowers, corporate due diligence, and preparation of corporate authority documents. Eleanor also works directly with clients in maintaining their corporate, LLC and limited partnership records, including preparation of resolutions and filing documents in connection with charter amendments, mergers and dissolutions. Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Eleanor served as an in-house corporate paralegal with a Boston investment management company.
