Overview

Elizabeth Lintz is an Associate specializing in real estate and corporate transactions. She has experience in general real estate matters, particularly the acquisition, disposition, and financing of a wide range of properties—office, industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use—across the country. She also has experience representing affordable housing owners and investors.  In the corporate area, her recent experience includes work on major mergers and acquisitions and angel financing for startup companies.

Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth was Editor-in-Chief of the Michigan Law Review (2005-2006).

Representative Experience

  • Representation of Retail Convergence, Inc., the parent company of Rue La La and SmartBargains e-commerce sites, in its $350 million merger with GSI Commerce, Inc.
  • Representation of a startup company in its recent $2 million Series A financing.
  • Representation of institutional lenders in portfolio loans ranging from $25 million to $400 million.
  • Representation of a leading New England real estate developer in the construction and permanent financing for two large-scale mixed-use projects in Boston.
  • Representation of institutional owners and REITs in the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial, and multifamily properties located throughout the United States and in a joint venture program for the acquisition and development of multifamily properties in the Midwest and South.
  • Representation of a foreign lender in the acquisition financing of a 456-room luxury hotel.
  • Representation of a national syndicator in tax credit equity investments in various tax credit partnerships in the South and Midwest.
  • Representation of a national owner of multifamily properties in various matters relating to a portfolio of subsidized multifamily properties located in Massachusetts.
