- Counsel to Victor Oolitic Stone Company in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy case.
- Counsel to successful purchaser of assets of national retailer in Chapter 11 bankruptcy case.
- Counsel to software company in its Chapter 11 bankruptcy case.
- Counsel to association of affordable housing tenants in Chapter 11 case of landlord.
- Obtained complete dismissal of multi-million dollar avoidance action on behalf of supplier in Chapter 7 bankruptcy case.
- Successful defense of former CEO of Chapter 11 debtor from state labor law claims arising from post-petition plant closings.
