OverviewJack Eiferman, a Director at Goulston & Storrs, has worked extensively with business and nonprofit organizations over the past 25 years. His work has spanned the range of issues that face business and charitable organizations, including corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, unrelated business taxable income and corporate governance issues. Jack is the immediate past Chair of the Boston Bar Association's Tax Exempt Committee and was on the Committee of the Boston Bar Association that last revised the nonprofit corporation laws in 1989. He currently co-chairs a re-constituted Committee that is again reviewing these laws. He is the author of several chapters in the Massachusetts Treatise that covers nonprofit corporations. - Counsel to lead agency for Massachusetts Health Services Prison Privatization project.
- Formulation and continuing representation of Eastern Dentists Insurance Company.
