Acquisition finance transactions, secured credit facilities, debt offerings, debt restructuring transactions with general corporate and securities matters are the focus of Jill Fox’s practice. As an Associate in the firm’s Corporate group, Jill represents lenders, agent banks and companies within a broad range of industries, including advertising, media, fashion, gaming, manufacturing, technology, pharmaceutical and energy. Jill also drafts and negotiates purchase agreements, credit and mezzanine loan agreements, security and pledge agreements, intercreditor agreements, offering memoranda, indentures, registration rights agreements and tender offer documentation. In addition, she researches corporate, commercial and securities statutory and regulatory law.
Jill received her B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin, and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, cum laude. Jill was a corporate associate at a law firm in New York prior to joining Goulston & Storrs.
