Overview

Drafting construction agreements, resolving and litigating complex construction and design related disputes are all a part of Jonathan Grippo's practice. As an Associate in the firm's Construction and Real Estate groups, Jonathan collaborates with his fellow attorneys in negotiating and structuring major real estate projects, leases, financing documents and other agreements.

Representative Experience

• Advises real estate developers, contractors, architects, engineers and other businesses regarding real estate and corporate transactions, in addition to their commercial and construction projects and disputes.
• Assists hotel developers, small business owners, and non-profit housing developers, among other clients, in a variety of construction real estate matters.
