Jordan Grant is an Associate in our Corporate group. He provides legal and business advice to institutions and companies in a variety of industries.  Jordan counsels clients on matters such as software development and IP licensing agreements, commercial loans, joint venture, partnership and general corporate structuring and fund formation.

Representative Experience

• Private equity financing of medical device start-up company. 
• Senior debt financing for borrower Mastro's Restaurants representing Wells Fargo as senior lender.
• Representation of not-for-profit organization in website development and consulting services agreement with website design company. 
• Representation of Boston-area teaching hospital in patent licensing for commercialization. 
• Revolving and Term Credit Facility for borrower Roche Bros. Supermarkets, representing Bank of America as lender.
• Counseling large healthcare provider regarding anti-kickback statute and other regulatory compliance matters. 
• Representation of real estate developer in joint ventures and acquisitions. 
• Formation of value-add real estate investment funds for property management companies based in Detroit and Washington, D.C. 
• Representation of commercial lenders and agents in debt financing of environmental waste and recycling companies, natural foods companies, clothing and apparel companies and restaurant franchises.
