OverviewJulie Frohlich, a Director, brings over 19 years of experience to her practice, which focuses on civil litigation with a particular emphasis on complex business and commercial disputes involving: life sciences and technology; software and other technology transfer, development and use licenses; intellectual property; stockholder disputes and fiduciary duties, particularly disputes involving high tech and life science companies; franchise law and contracts.

- Represent privately owned international investment company in the licensing rights for the retail roll-out of Saks Fifth Avenue in the People’s Republic of China and Macau.
- Lead counsel to international communications and network testing systems manufacturer in various commercial disputes throughout the United States.
- Lead counsel protecting and enforcing copyright and trademark rights of television production companies and cable networks.
- Lead counsel representing Scottish developer of 3D virtual colonoscopy software in patent infringement action in U.S. District Court for the District of North Carolina.
- Lead trial counsel for purchaser in contract action involving unsuccessful installation of flawed front-office software in Vermont state court.
- Represented chip manufacturer and modem manufacturer in patent infringement action in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
- Counsel to five scientists/founders of scientific testing product research and development company in defense of minority shareholder squeeze-out suit.
- Lead counsel to venture capital investors in computer aided design software research and development company in minority shareholder squeeze-out suit.
