Overview

Julie is an associate in our Corporate group. She focuses her practice on general corporate matters. Prior to joining the firm, Julie served as Corporate Counsel for a private equity firm.

Representative Experience

• Representation of sellers and purchasers in sophisticated M&A deals, including cross-border transactions.
• Representation of commercial lenders and borrowers in secured and syndicated lending transactions.
• Advising companies on compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and representation of companies in various export control matters.
