Overview

Kathy Culkin is a paralegal in our real estate group. Kathy assists attorneys and clients with the acquisition and dispositions of large national portfolios as well as single properties. Her experience includes assisting with the review of purchase and sale agreements, document preparation, negotiating title insurance policies, reviewing settlement statements and working with all parties to achieve a successful closing. Additionally, she assists with due diligence review including title and survey review, lease abstracts, zoning reports and authority documentation. Kathy also works with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Land Court to clarify and solve procedural or title issues.
