Overview

Kelli assists clients through complex transactions involving commercial lending, acquisition financing, syndicated lending, and other areas of commercial finance.  As a Associate in the firm's Corporate group, she has extensive experience working with clients including U.S. and foreign banks, finance companies and other financial institutions, as well as corporate clients and borrowers.

Representative Experience

• Represents clients in the structuring, negotiating and drafting of documentation for commercial lending transactions, acquisition financing, securitization transactions, syndicated lending and asset-based lending.
• Assists clients in receivables purchase transactions, repurchase facilities, restructuring of existing credit facilities and debtor-in-possession financing.
