Commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing of assets such as office and retail space, hotels and health care facilities are at the core of Laura Franklin’s practice. Working with purchasers, sellers, landlords and lenders, Laura drafts and negotiates leases, purchase and sale agreements, assignment and assumption agreements, licenses, deeds and related closing documents on behalf of clients. Laura also performs due diligence in connection with corporate mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs as an associate in the firm’s Real Estate group, Laura was an associate at an international law firm.
