Overview

Lisa Billone is a paralegal in our Corporate and Intellectual Property groups. With thirteen years of experience, Lisa works with attorneys to manage the Intellectual Property needs for a wide variety of firm clients. Although Lisa began as a general corporate paralegal, she now focuses specifically on trademarks and service marks. Her trademarks experience includes research, screening, filing and prosecuting applications with the trademark office. Her copyright experience includes all aspects from research through filing applications with the Library of Congress. As a general corporate paralegal, she offers client support through filing for formation of entities. Additionally, Lisa is responsible for maintaining an extensive database of all firm clients’ intellectual property needs so that deadlines are met proactively throughout the lifetime of a trademark.
