Overview

Mary Sullivan is a paralegal in our Real Estate group who has been with the firm for 30 years, with a focus on retail leasing for the past 19 years. Mary assists attorneys representing landlords, working extensively with developers and leasing agents. Specifically, she assists landlords of large and small shopping centers, including enclosed malls, lifestyle centers and strip centers (both new and existing centers). Her experience includes preparing and negotiating leases and other documents required from tenants in connection with financings.
