Overview

Resolving and litigating complex construction and design related disputes as well as drafting construction and lease agreements for clients are the focus of Michael Wood's practice. As an Associate in the firm's Construction and Real Estate groups, Michael assists his colleagues in negotiating and structuring key real estate projects, financing documents, leases and other agreements.
