Representative Experience

• Established sophisticated estate plans, including gifting and charitable planning. 
• Created and funded grantor retained annuity trusts and defective grantor trusts with assets expected to substantially appreciate. 
• Prepared complex estate tax returns for estates, which included large closely-held businesses and complex valuation issues. 
• Negotiated complex prenuptial agreements.
