OverviewPaul Tummonds, a Director in the Real Estate group, concentrates his practice on land use, complex zoning issues and historic preservation projects in the District of Columbia. In furtherance of client objectives, Paul frequently appears before numerous authorities, including zoning boards and planning commissions. He has been recognized for his involvement in real estate projects which have helped create vibrant, safe communities offering pleasant places to work and live. Representative Experience
- Represents residential, mixed-use and commercial developers as well as educational institutions (from nursery schools to universities).
- Presents complex matters before authorities including the DC Zoning Commission, the DC Board of Zoning Adjustment, the DC Historic Preservation Review Board, the National Capitol Planning Commission and the DC City Council.
