An Associate in the firm's Real Estate Group, Paul Momnie focuses his practice on Commercial real estate matters, including acquisition, disposition, joint ventures, development and financing. Paul’s clients include developers, capital management firms, financial institutions, real estate investment trusts, non-profits and owners of institutional, residential, commercial and mixed-use properties. 

Before joining Goulston & Storrs, Paul clerked for the Honorable Alexander H. Sands, III of the Massachusetts Land Court and was a Real Estate Associate at a top Am Law 100 law firm.

During law school, Paul worked at the Boston Redevelopment Authority, where he assisted lawyers on a variety of municipal land use and permitting procedures, including Article 80 and G.L. c. 121A and c. 121B review.
