Paula DeLawter is a paralegal in our Real Estate Group. Paula joined the firm in 2000 and works closely with attorneys on the preparation and negotiation of retail leases. She works with landlords, real estate developers and leasing agents. Her responsibilities also include participation in real estate closings and preparation of tenant documentation in conjunction with the purchase and financing, and the sale of shopping centers.
