OverviewPeter Corbett, a Director, focuses his practice on the development, acquisition, leasing and disposition of commercial real estate properties and other large projects, and on the structuring of complex real estate joint ventures. His work also includes structuring public/private development relationships, and obtaining tax incentives and public financing for development projects. Peter also has extensive experience in the acquisition and development of projects along the coastline, including resorts, marinas, yacht clubs and boatyards. Representative Experience

- Shire HGT -- Permitting and incentives for bio-pharmaceutical research and manufacturing campus.
- Nantucket Island Resorts -- Acquisition and ongoing operation of numerous hotel, restaurant, marina and retail properties on the island of Nantucket, MA.
- Samuels & Associates -- Structuring complex joint ventures and forward equity takeouts for urban mixed use projects.
- Schlumberger -- World research headquarters -- Permitting and structuring.
- Utility and power generating companies, including National Grid, Exelon, Boston Generating and NRG -- Real estate, permitting and incentives.

- Boston Properties -- Acquisition of the Embarcadero Center, San Francisco.
- Malden Mills -- Reconstruction of main manufacturing facility after catastrophic fire.
