Philip Tedesco is an Associate in our Real Estate group. Philip’s practice includes commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions and financings on behalf of developers, owners and lending institutions.

Representative Experience

• Representation of Federal Realty Investment Trust in connection with multiple separate joint venture arrangements and the acquisition of a controlling interest in Plaza El Segundo in California.
• Representation of a bank in connection with a $50 million secured credit facility for a private real estate company owning properties throughout the Southeast.
• Representation of a developer in connection with the refinancing of two shopping centers located in Connecticut and Maine.
• Representation of a real estate investment firm in connection with the acquisition of a portfolio of office buildings located throughout the United States.
