Robert DeFabrizio is the Manager of Library Services at Goulston & Storrs. Robert has been with the firm for 10 years and he is responsible for supervising all aspects of the firm’s library. In his role, he oversees all library staff, provides research and reference services, manages online usage and oversees the library’s budget. Robert regularly trains lawyers and staff on efficient legal and non-legal research methods. Robert holds a license from the Massachusetts State Bar. He is a certified Contents Rights Manager from the Software& Information Industry Association and is a certified Engineer in Training. He is a member of the American Association of Law Libraries, Special Libraries Association, Law Librarians of New England, Association of Boston Law Librarians (VP, Membership Services, 2004-2007), the American Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association. Most recently, Robert was a co-presenter of a full day seminar entitled “Find it Free and Fast on the Net: Legal Research on the Web” for the National Business Institute where his materials were published as a book for the course.
Prior to joining the firm, Robert was an adjunct faculty member at the New England College of Finance instructing students in Business Law and college algebra. Robert is an attorney who formerly practiced in the areas of residential real estate, individual federal taxation, personal bankruptcy, estate planning, and civil litigation.
