He is also called upon by private counsel and other organizations to serve as an arbitrator or mediator. Rudolph is a Director who brings over 30 years of experience to the firm's clients.

• Several stockholders in a stockholder derivative’s action relating to a closely held supermarket chain. 
• An action in which the SEC alleged that our client conspired with others to defraud a series of investors. 
• An action in which the State Division of Securities alleged that our client improperly sold a security. 
• The Boston Redevelopment Authority in eminent domain matters relating to the construction of the new Convention Center. 
• The Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority in a construction action against the US Department of Transportation regarding the refurbishment of South Station, a major transportation portal in Boston, MA. 
• The Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in efforts to retrieve stolen art.
