Overview

Sandra Paik is an Associate in our Real Estate group and focuses her practice on finance and development of hotel, office and multifamily properties.  Sandra is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Representative Experience

• Assisted in representation of timber company in acquisition of nearly one million acres of timberlands located in three states, including due diligence review and acquisition financing. 
• Representation of lenders and borrowers in construction, mezzanine and acquisition financings of hospitality properties. 
• Representation of conduit lender for multifamily properties financings involving private activity bonds and low income housing tax credits. 
• Representation of lenders and borrowers in HUD-insured loan transactions. 
• Negotiations with HUD on behalf of borrowers to resolve enforcement actions. 
• Representation of nonprofit real estate developer, including general consultations regarding joint ventures.
