• Representation of shareholders of a closely held corporation with annual revenue of $400M in a control dispute with other shareholders. 
• Representation of national law firm in defense of malpractice and disciplinary claims of conflict of interest. 
• Representation of national law firm in defense of suit by third-party investors in firm’s client. 
• Service as party arbitrator for national teaching hospital in dispute over royalties for projects developed from research at the hospital. 
• Representation of medical devices manufacturer in inventorship dispute. 
• Representation of owners of internationally famous golf course against national discount retail chain for trademark infringement.
