Overview

Timothy Dacey, a Director, concentrates his practice in business litigation in state and federal courts and before arbitration panels.  Tim's experience includes representing law firms in professional malpractice actions, owners and design professionals in construction disputes, and electrical generators and contractors in disputes in the electrical power industry. He has also represented clients in antitrust and probate matters and a wide variety of commercial disputes.

• Representation of the developer of a proposed wind-turbine farm in Nantucket Sound in two lawsuits challenging the developer’s right to proceed. 
• Representation of two New England law firms in disputes with departing partners. 
• Representation of a major New England law firm in a lengthy arbitration involving claims of professional malpractice. 
• Representation of the developer of an office building in multiple lawsuits arising from alleged indoor air quality problems.
