Overview

Valerie Schneider is an Associate in our Real Estate group and focuses her practice on general real estate matters, including the development of affordable housing and mixed-use projects. Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs, Valerie was Appellate Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Deborah Eyler, Maryland Court of Special Appeals.

Representative Experience

  • Representation of developers in securing zoning, permitting, and other public approvals for a 23-acre mixed-use site in the South Boston Seaport area.
  • Representation of for-profit and non-profit real estate developers in connection with the acquisition and financing of affordable housing developments in Massachusetts.
  • Representation of developers in securing approvals for green energy retrofits.
  • Provision of dedicated real estate legal support to an international energy company in connection with numerous capital projects in New England.
