Commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions and financing, multifamily residential project development and permitting, and retail leasing are all part of Victoria Ippolito's experience. Prior to joining the firm, Victoria worked as an intern for the General Counsel of the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. She also worked as a Note Editor and Member of the Boston College Law Review. Victoria is an Associate in our Real Estate Group and is a member of the editorial board for the firm's retail blog, Retail Law Advisor.

  • Representation of financial institutions and private real estate funds in connection with commercial real estate lending and multi-lender financial transactions.
  • Representation of national and local real estate developers in the development and permitting of multi-family residential projects across Massachusetts, including in the city of Boston.

  • Representation of landlords and tenants in retail leasing in shopping centers and downtown business areas in Massachusetts.
