Goulston & Storrs Director, Christine Lynch, Elected to Board of Directors of ACG Boston

BOSTON, August 10, 2010 --- Goulston & Storrs is pleased to announce that Christine D. Lynch, a Director of the firm, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Boston Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.  Chris has been an active member of ACG Boston for several years, and currently serves as Chair of the Emerging Professionals Committee. 

At Goulston & Storrs, Chris is a member of the Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group and focuses on business restructurings and M&A transactions involving financially distressed companies.  Most recently, Chris represented Magic Brands in connection with the sale of the Fuddruckers and Koo Koo Roo restaurant chains to an affiliate of Luby’s, Inc.
