Overview

Anna Stern represents a broad range of clients including property owners, landlords, tenants, joint venture partners, real estate funds, investment banks and major corporations.  As an Associate in the firm, Anna counsels clients on a variety of complex real estate transactions, with an emphasis on the acquisition, sale, management, leasing, subleasing and operation of retail centers, office buildings, hotels, commercial projects and vacant land throughout the United States and internationally. 

Anna is a member of the firm's Retail, Restaurant and Consumer group and assists with legal issues facing retailers, landlords, owners, developers and restaurateurs.
