  • Represented law firms in defense of discrimination and retaliation claims in administrative agencies and state court.
  • Enforce non-competition agreements on behalf of numerous companies, both public and private.
  • Represented various Fortune 500 and private companies in discrimination litigation in state and federal courts and agencies, including EEOC investigations.
  • Represented US subsidiary of publicly traded foreign company in enforcement of non-competition agreements and defense of age discrimination claims.
  • Represented a public company in a lengthy state court defamation action.
