Goulston & Storrs Woos Two Associates from Am Law 100 Firms to Boston Real Estate Group

Goulston & Storrs is pleased to announce that Paul Momnie and Julia E. Twarog have joined the firm in its Boston office as Real Estate Associates.

Paul focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters, including acquisition, disposition, joint ventures, development and financing. Paul’s clients include developers, capital management firms, financial institutions, real estate investment trusts, non-profits and owners of institutional, residential, commercial and mixed-use properties. Before joining Goulston & Storrs, Paul clerked for the Honorable Alexander H. Sands, III of the Massachusetts Land Court and was a Real Estate Associate at DLA Piper in Boston.

Julia's practice focuses on on acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, joint ventures and financing. Julia’s clients have included real estate investment funds, domestic and international financial institutions, developers, owners of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties, and companies engaged in mergers and acquisitions involving substantial real estate holdings. Before joining the firm, Julia was an Associate at Shearman & Sterling based in New York.

Paul received his B.A. from Boston College and his J.D. from Boston College Law School.

Julia received her B.A. from Harvard University and her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.
