Richard Talkov has deep taxation experience, specializing in tax accounting and financial analysis for transactions, tax structuring for real estate, business and partnership acquisitions, taxation of flow-through entities and analysis of complex partnership and LLC agreements, and taxation planning for wealth transfer and individuals.
