A.J. is a corporate attorney representing public and private companies, as well as private equity, and other asset managers. He counsels clients in connection with asset purchases, mergers, insurance investments, governance, SEC documentation, and general corporate matters. His experience also includes advising issuers and underwriters in private placements of debt securities. A.J. handles a range of transactional negotiations, including term sheets, merger agreements, and disclosure schedules. He supports the firm’s clients by conducting due diligence and research, advising on contractual compliance, and handling a range of daily legal obligations that result in smooth business operations.
Prior to joining Goulston & Storrs’ New York office, Alexander was an associate in the corporate and financial services group of a large, New York based law firm. He also served as a judicial intern for the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah conducting legal research, preparing bench memoranda and drafting judicial opinions on a range of cases.
